Terms & Conditions

Last updated: April 29, 2026

These terms govern the use of the Rezerve One platform and the paid plans of the owner account. Rezerve One provides software for businesses, entrepreneurs, and operations; the actual service booked through the public booking page is provided by the relevant branch or business.

Service scope

Rezerve One allows businesses, entrepreneurs, and operations to manage branches, workers, services, availability, bookings, customers, notifications, statistics, and owner-account subscriptions. It allows branch customers to create bookings, track their bookings, and, in supported cases, cancel a booking through a secure link.

Rezerve One acts as a technical platform and software provider. The platform operator is not responsible for the quality, delivery, price, appointment changes, or availability of services provided by a specific branch. Those relationships arise between the customer and the branch or business where the booking was created. A user of the public booking page is not the buyer of the Rezerve One platform, but the customer of a specific branch or business.

Ordering, access and payment

Access to the platform is protected by an account and authentication. The platform's paid plans are intended for businesses, entrepreneurs, and operations that use Rezerve One to manage their bookings and operations. These paid plans are not intended as a general consumer purchase of the platform for end customers of the public booking page. The owner account may use the trial, Business, or Enterprise plan according to the currently displayed offer and limits. The trial plan lasts 14 days. The Business plan is generally provided in monthly billing periods; capacity increases may take effect immediately, while capacity reductions or cancellations may take effect only from the next period according to the current subscription lifecycle. Before confirming a paid plan or a capacity change, the user of the owner account must see the price, billing period, and the material conditions. Submitting an order for a paid plan creates an obligation to pay for the platform subscription.

Payments and subscriptions may be processed through Paddle as Merchant of Record. In that case, Paddle acts as the seller of the platform subscription to the business, entrepreneur, or operation ordering the paid plan, processes the payment, applies the relevant taxes according to the customer's location, and issues tax documents. Rezerve One does not store payment card details. If the subscription is inactive, overdue, paused, or cancelled, paid features including public bookings may be limited.

The rules for refunds, including the option to request a refund for the first purchase of the owner account's paid plan, are set out on the /refund-policy page.

Bookings created through the public booking page may be confirmed automatically or wait for approval depending on the branch settings. Customer cancellation is available only if the branch allows it and usually only if more than 48 hours remain before the booking starts.

Changes, complaints and consumer rights

We may continuously change, fix, extend, or limit the platform if needed for security, stability, service development, or legal requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability without outages or absolute error-free operation. The service may be temporarily limited due to maintenance, security measures, technical incidents, or product changes. Material changes to paid conditions will be announced in an appropriate way.

Send complaints, concerns, or questions about how the platform, the owner account, the subscription, or technical issues work to [email protected]. Complaints concerning the actual service ordered from a branch, including its price, performance, appointment changes, or compensation, are handled directly between the customer and that branch.

If consumer rights apply to a specific relationship, they will be assessed under the applicable law of the user's country and according to whether it concerns a platform subscription ordered by a business, entrepreneur, or operation, or a service provided by a branch. These terms do not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
