Accessibility
Last updated: April 29, 2026
This accessibility statement covers the public booking flow, sign-in and registration, core account settings and key controls in the owner app.
Scope and approach
This statement mainly covers public booking, sign-in, registration, account management and core owner subscription flows.
We treat accessibility as part of product quality. During product work, we follow the principles of perceivability, operability, understandability and robustness and keep them in mind when updating important user flows.
Declared conformance and known limitations
Our goal is for key parts of the platform to support responsive layout, keyboard navigation, visible focus states, readable contrast, labelled forms and understandable error messages. Where appropriate to the nature of the product and the current state of implementation, we aim to align with WCAG 2.1 AA principles. However, this statement is not a formal certification of full compliance.
Known limitations may arise in newly released or frequently changing parts of the app and in some combinations of devices, browsers and assistive technologies. If we identify a problem that affects an important step, we prioritise a fix or provide a usable fallback procedure.
Feedback and fallback procedure
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email us at [email protected]. Please include the page or feature, a description of the issue, your device, browser and any assistive technology you use.
We use that feedback to fix the issue or propose a fallback procedure for important processes such as sign-in, registration, booking creation, account management or subscriptions. If the issue affects a critical step, we will try to offer a usable alternative before a final fix is available.
