Refund policy
Last updated: April 29, 2026
This page explains how refunds are handled for the paid plans of the owner account in the Rezerve One platform. It does not apply to complaints or refunds concerning services booked with a branch.
Payments through Paddle
Payments and subscriptions are processed through Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle acts as the seller of the platform subscription to the business, entrepreneur, or operation ordering the paid Rezerve One plan, processes the payment, applies the relevant taxes according to the customer's location, and issues tax documents.
Rezerve One does not store payment card details and does not issue tax documents for payments processed through Paddle. This refund policy applies only to the paid plans of the owner account in the platform, not to services provided by third-party branches.
Refunds within 14 days
For the first purchase of a paid plan for the owner account, you may request a refund within 14 days after the purchase is completed.
Refunds for subscription renewals, upgrades, capacity changes, requests submitted after 14 days, or exceptional cases are not automatically guaranteed and may be reviewed individually under Paddle's rules and the circumstances of the specific payment. Downgrading a plan or capacity is generally handled as a subscription change for the next billing period rather than as a claim for a retroactive refund for a period already used. This refund policy applies to the platform subscription, not to the booked service provided by a branch.
How to request a refund
A refund request is submitted through the link in the order confirmation from Paddle or through https://paddle.net.
For questions about a payment or a refund for the platform subscription, use Paddle support. For questions about the owner account, features, or the technical use of the platform, contact us at [email protected]. For questions about the booked service, its price, or complaints about the service, contact the relevant branch or business directly.
If a payment is refunded, a subscription is cancelled, or a payment dispute arises, access to paid features may be limited or terminated according to the current subscription status and the outcome of the billing process.
