Cookie policy

We mainly use technologies that are needed to keep the platform working properly, securely and in the way the user asked for.

This includes in particular:

• sign-in and keeping the session active after sign-in,
• abuse protection and security checks,
• remembering language and interface appearance,
• remembering some in-app settings, such as branch selection or calendar work,
• optional PWA and push features when the user enables them.

Necessary technologies are not used for general advertising tracking. Optional analytics or marketing technologies can be loaded only after valid consent and only on selected public pages outside public booking and sign-in flows.

In some situations we may load third-party technologies when they are needed for a specific feature or security step.

This mainly includes:

• Cloudflare Turnstile, when security verification is needed during public booking,
• Paddle, when a user opens checkout or subscription management.

These services are used only when they are tied to security, payment or an action the user explicitly started.

Optional analytics and marketing technologies are off by default.

If a user allows analytics or marketing cookies, the public website may load Google Tag Manager on selected pages. Through it, Google Analytics 4 may be activated for analytics consent and Meta Pixel for marketing consent.

Public booking and sign-in flows stay outside this model.

Some technologies are necessary for the service to work, so the platform may not function properly without them.

However, users can still influence their settings in several ways:

• through the cookie settings manager available on the public website,
• signing out ends the signed-in session,
• stored cookies and local data can be cleared in the browser,
• language, theme and other preferences can be changed directly in the app,
• push notifications can be enabled or blocked in the browser or device settings.
