Supports a branch switch step and correct location selection before booking starts.

Public booking branding and branch profile

Each branch can use its own public link, profile and banner image, branch description, and brand color or theme on the public booking page.

Self-service cancellation and rescheduling by secure link

A customer can cancel or reschedule a booking through a secure email link when the branch allows it.

Own booking history

Customers or employees can review their bookings, dates, statuses, and jump back to the booking page.

Passwordless sign-in, security, and Google

Customers and staff can sign in with an email code, use Google sign-in or linking, and manage core account and security settings.

Calendar and booking list

You can switch between calendar and list views with branch scope and filters.

Direct booking edits in the calendar

Bookings can be moved in the calendar and their duration can be adjusted directly in the timeline view.

Manual booking creation

You can create bookings manually inside the app without going through the public booking page.

Booking list filters

The booking list supports filters by booking status, payment status, and customer details for faster day-to-day work.

Booking colors and no-show tracking

Bookings can be visually distinguished by color and marked as no-show when a customer does not arrive.

Manual booking actions

Bookings open in detail and can be rescheduled, canceled, or handled together with payment and status actions.

Services, categories, and offer content

Manage names, descriptions, images, prices, durations, and ordering for the public service catalog.

Ordering of services and categories

Services and categories can be ordered so the public booking page shows the offer in the preferred sequence.

Service and category translations

Services and categories can have localized names and descriptions for each supported public booking language.

Public service visibility and price presentation

Services support price-from display, scheduling a new price from a chosen date, their own image, and a switch for whether they are publicly bookable.

Branch ordering for multi-branch booking

If a public booking entry covers more than one branch, the branch order can be adjusted for the branch selection step.

Staff, branches, and branding

You can manage staff, branches, public links, ordering, and branding assets used in the booking flow.

Detailed availability settings

Availability supports staff-level rules, working-time setup, breaks, public windows, and day-by-day planning without leaving the app.

Automatic availability mode

Automatic mode supports days or months ahead, from-to times for individual weekdays, recurring breaks, and exceptional breaks.

Manual availability mode

In manual mode, you can manage individual days as needed, with unique working hours and overrides for each selected day.

Availability shown in calendars

Availability changes are reflected visually in calendar-based screens so you can understand capacity at a glance.

Public booking rules

Covers booking lead time, booking window, allowed languages, the default public booking locale, and other branch-level settings.

Automatic or manual booking confirmation

Branches can create new public bookings as confirmed immediately or leave them pending for manual approval.

Customer management, segments, and blocking

You can manage customer details, search and segment customers, and block customers when needed.

Booking confirmations, reminders, and email actions

Customers can receive a booking-created confirmation with reservation details and a calendar event, cancel through an email link up to 48 hours before the appointment when allowed, and get a 24-hour reminder email.

Custom customer email content and image

Branch settings support a custom customer email message and a custom image such as a location photo, map, or extra arrival details.

In-app, email, and push notifications

The system supports event alerts inside the app, by email, and as push notifications on mobile devices.

Subscription, capacity, and payments

Includes plan overview, limits, capacity changes, billing flows, and payment statuses on bookings.

Payment records and payment detail

Bookings can store payment records and detailed payment information for day-to-day operational tracking.

Revenue, capacity, and booking health

Reporting follows KPIs, revenue, occupancy, no-shows, cancellations, and breakdowns by staff and services.

Advanced analytics and charts

Analytics includes revenue versus expected revenue, bookings over time, average booking value, paid versus unpaid mix, cancelled versus no-show, new versus returning customers, occupancy trend, employee breakdown, service breakdown, interval switching, and employee filters.

Mobile navigation and compact modes

The app includes a mobile bottom nav, compact calendar modes, and responsive work surfaces.

Mobile-first UX across screens

The product is tuned for mobile use across screens, including compact layouts and collapse modes where dense data needs to stay usable.

Light and dark mode

The interface supports both light and dark display modes so the app stays comfortable in different environments.

PWA behavior and push notifications

Supports add-to-home-screen, offline fallback, first push prompt, and per-device notification settings.

Linked accounts and invitations

Users can accept access to additional owner accounts and switch between them without signing out.

Account managers with read or write access

You can invite another person to the account with read-only or edit access depending on the collaboration need.
