Account deletion

Last updated: June 7, 2026

This page explains how a signed-in user can request account deletion in Rezerve One, how the verification step works, which account-related data is deleted or anonymized, and which data may remain stored because of legal, security or operational obligations.

How to request account deletion

A signed-in user can request account deletion in the account settings. The flow starts the deletion request and sends a 6-digit verification code to the email address associated with the account.

Account deletion is completed only after the correct verification code is submitted within its validity period. If you no longer have access to the sign-in email or cannot finish the flow in the product, contact us at [email protected].

What happens after confirmation

When account deletion is confirmed, the platform deactivates the account, invalidates active sessions linked to the account and anonymizes the sign-in email. Authentication links and active access to the account are removed as part of the deletion flow.

The deletion flow is aimed at the account and its direct sign-in surface. It does not automatically guarantee immediate removal of every operational record that must remain linked to bookings, branches, workers, support, billing or security obligations.

Data that may remain stored

Some data may remain stored if it is needed for accounting, taxes, security, audit, fraud or abuse prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of legal claims or the legitimate interests of a branch or business using the platform.

Database backups are retained according to the configured retention policy and may be removed on a delayed basis when backup rotation expires.

Subscriptions and timing

If the account is tied to an owner subscription that is still active through Paddle, account deletion may be blocked until the subscription is cancelled or reaches its scheduled end date. In that case, cancel the subscription first and then complete the deletion flow.
