These terms define the baseline contractual and consumer-information framework for the Rezerve platform. Final production wording should be reviewed for the launch market before acceptance is requested from users.
Service scope
Rezerve provides software for booking, scheduling and customer management. Public content, account access and service availability may change as the platform evolves.
This section should always explain what the platform delivers, who it is intended for and whether any additional local terms apply.
Ordering, access and payment
If the platform offers paid plans or billable upgrades, users must see the main characteristics, price, billing period and payment obligations before confirming the order.
Where an action creates an obligation to pay, the final confirmation control should state that clearly and unambiguously.
Changes, complaints and consumer rights
The production version should describe renewal or termination rules, complaint handling, refund logic where relevant and any applicable consumer withdrawal exceptions for digital services.
It should also point users to the complaint contact, any ADR information that applies and the governing language of the contract.
