Rezerve is operated as a digital booking and CRM platform for studios and service businesses within the European Union.

Before production launch, this section should list the contracting entity, registered office, company registration number, VAT ID and the competent trade register in one place.

Users should be able to reach the operator quickly and directly about the service, billing, privacy and legal questions.

The final production version should publish at least:

• a general contact email
• a billing or complaint contact
• a postal address for formal notices

Depending on the launch market, the operator may also need to publish supervisory authority details, professional authorization information or alternative dispute resolution details.
