Accessibility

This statement summarizes the accessibility direction for the Rezerve platform and prepares the public structure expected for digital services in the European Union.

Accessibility commitment

Rezerve aims to keep core website and account flows perceivable, operable, understandable and robust across modern browsers and assistive technologies.

The production statement should be updated with a release-level accessibility review before launch.

Supported experience

The platform should prioritize keyboard navigation, visible focus states, readable contrast, clear form labels, error messaging and responsive layouts across public and authenticated screens.

If any known limitations remain, they should be listed openly together with temporary workarounds.

Feedback and remediation

Users need a clear way to report accessibility barriers and request help with important flows.

The final version should provide a contact route, an expected response timeframe and information about escalation options under local law.
